Audit Logs

An audit log for the entire history of a contract is available on the final page of the PDF contract. This ensures each document signed is as legally enforceable as a paper contract would be.

Every time a party receives, views, signs or downloads the contract, they are identified using IP addresses, timestamps and geo tracking.
